CSS Text Level 3 Working Draft
The World Wide Web Consortium has released a working draft of CSS Text Level 3. This part of CSS 3 deals with white space, line breaks, word boundaries, text wrapping, alignment, justification, text decoration (emphasis marks, shadows, outlines), and edge effects.
