The Library of Congress‘ National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program (NDIIPP) is now focusing on the preservation of media such as digital photographs, cartoons, motion pictures, sound recordings, and video games. The Preserving Creative America initiative is a $2.15 million which reaches out to the private sector to partner with them in solving these issues. Eight partners have been announced:
