Dublin Core Model Available for Comment

If you work with metadata — specifically Dublin Core — on a regular basis, you might want to look at this proposed recommendation for the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative Abstract model. This recommendation provides information on how to create Dublin Core encoding guidelines to be sure we can easily map and translate between them.
