Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, MaintainIT is a three-year project focused on identifying technical support best practices for public access computers in public libraries. Until March 2008, they will be collecting stories from public libraries. These stories will be the basis of a series of best practices guides, which will be available to the library community.
Right now, they are asking for stories from small, rural public librarians. If you have one, let them know by December 15th!
