Don’t Sit Up Straight!

 A study presented at the Radiological Society of North America annual meeting found that the best position for sitting is 135 degrees, not the 90 degrees we’ve traditionally seen.  Using an MRI, these researchers found that the 135 degree position caused less back strain.  The slouch, less than 90 degrees, caused a great deal of wear and tear on the spinal column.
