Web 2.0 . . . The Machine is Us/ing Us

Great video about some of the Web 2.0 technologies, how they are changing and redefining what we do, and leaves us with questions to ponder.  Created by Michael Wesch, an anthropology professor at Kansas State University.  Spend 4.5 minutes with it — it’s thought provoking.

I saw a link to this video through the web4lib forum. Many of the concepts touched on in the video are notnecessarily new to Web 2.0, but web 2.0 is changing the way we are looking at technology as part of our lives and the way we are now learning to interact with it. This project is extremely thought provoking. The music in the background is great too.
