Neglecting the Blog

Those of you who are still subscribed to this blog probably have noticed that the posts have dwindled over the past months. As I teach in my blogging classes, you have to have time to keep it up. I haven’t had the time lately.

On the other hand, I’ve been very busy with great projects. I’ve been able to work on new projects and learn new technologies, as well as meet a whole bunch of great librarians in Washington state, Utah, Nevada, Florida and of course, in the states I normally work with in the Southwest. It’s been a great experience and I wouldn’t trade it. However, the blog was not the priority — family and work were.

Things have now calmed down and I expect to catch up (yes, I’ve been monitoring and marking posts — just not posting about them) and keep going. After all, this blog helps me keep up; if it helps others, too, then that’s even better.
