Finland Makes Broadband a Right

The first country, but not the last, to make broadband access a right to their citizens, Finland has stated that everyone will have had access to a 1mb/s Internet connection by July 1st, 2010. Going further, they have stated that by 2015, each citizen will have access to a 100mb/s connection.
